We want you see Jesus lifted high.
Hakuna wakaita.
My life is in you Lord.
How deep the Father’s love.
Open our eyes Lord.
Be still, for the presence.
Blest are the pure in heart.
My peace I give unto you.

Bible readings:
Psalm 34
1 I will always praise the LORD.
2 With all my heart, I will praise the LORD.
Let all who are helpless, listen and be glad.
3 Honour the LORD with me! Celebrate his great name.
4 I asked the LORD for help,
and he saved me from all my fears.
5 Keep your eyes on the LORD! You will shine like the sun
and never blush with shame.
6 I was a nobody, but I prayed,
and the LORD saved me from all my troubles.
7 If you honour the LORD, his angel will protect you.
8 Discover for yourself that the LORD is kind.
Come to him for protection, and you will be glad.
9 Honour the LORD! You are his special people.
No one who honours the LORD will ever be in need.
10 Young lions may go hungry or even starve,
but if you trust the LORD,
you will never miss out on anything good.
22 The LORD saves the lives of his servants.
Run to him for protection, and you won’t be punished.

Revelation 7
9 After this, I saw a large crowd with more people than could be counted. They were from every race, tribe, nation, and language, and they stood before the throne and before the Lamb. They wore white robes and held palm branches in their hands, 10 as they shouted,
“Our God, who sits upon the throne,
has the power to save his people,
and so does the Lamb.”
11 The angels who stood around the throne knelt in front of it with their faces to the ground. The elders and the four living creatures knelt there with them. Then they all worshipped God 12and said,
“Amen! Praise, glory, wisdom, thanks, honour, power,
and strength belong to our God forever and ever! Amen!”
13 One of the elders asked me, “Do you know who these people are that are dressed in white robes? Do you know where they come from?”
14 “Sir,” I answered, “you must know.”
Then he told me:
“These are the ones
who have gone through the great suffering.
They have washed their robes in the blood of the Lamb
and have made them white.
15 And so they stand before the throne of God
and worship him in his temple day and night.
The one who sits on the throne
will spread his tent over them.
16 They will never hunger or thirst again,
and they won’t be troubled
by the sun or any scorching heat.
17 The Lamb in the centre of the throne will be their shepherd.
He will lead them to streams of life-giving water,
and God will wipe all tears from their eyes.”

1 John 3
1 Think how much the Father loves us. He loves us so much that he lets us be called his children, as we truly are. But since the people of this world did not know who Christ is, they don’t know who we are. 2 My dear friends, we are already God’s children, though what we will be hasn’t yet been seen. But we do know that when Christ returns, we will be like him, because we will see him as he truly is. 3 This hope makes us keep ourselves holy, just as Christ is holy.

Matthew 5
1 When Jesus saw the crowds, he went up on the side of a mountain and sat down.
Jesus’ disciples gathered around him, 2 and he taught them:
3 God blesses those people who depend only on him.
They belong to the kingdom of heaven!
4 God blesses those people who grieve.
They will find comfort!
5 God blesses those people who are humble.
The earth will belong to them!
6 God blesses those people who want to obey him
more than to eat or drink.
They will be given what they want!
7 God blesses those people who are merciful.
They will be treated with mercy!
8 God blesses those people whose hearts are pure.
They will see him!
9 God blesses those people who make peace.
They will be called his children!
10 God blesses those people
who are treated badly for doing right.
They belong to the kingdom of heaven.
11 God will bless you when people insult you, mistreat you, and tell all kinds of evil lies about you because of me. 12 Be happy and excited! You will have a great reward in heaven. People did these same things to the prophets who lived long ago.
